1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and 88fd ("88fd," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform available at https://88fd.world. 2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 88fd, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 88fd strictly does not permit minors to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a real, individual human person. Registrations on behalf of organisations, corporations, or automated systems are not permitted.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, court order, or other legal restriction that would prohibit you from engaging in online gaming activities.
• The information you provide during registration – including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number – must be accurate, truthful, and current.
• Each player may hold only one account at 88fd. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of balances and permanent suspension.

88fd reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during your account lifetime. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified by 88fd may result in account suspension and/or withdrawal holds until verification is completed satisfactorily.

Verification documents typically include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Additional proof of address or payment method verification may be required in some cases.

3. Account Rules & Security

Your 88fd account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials, regardless of whether that activity was performed by you or another person who accessed your account with or without your knowledge.

• Keep your login credentials – username and password – strictly confidential. Do not share them with any other person under any circumstances.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if offered. This significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
• Notify 88fd support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• Do not allow any other person to use your account for any purpose, including making deposits, placing bets, or withdrawing funds.
• 88fd will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from 88fd and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

88fd uses SSL encryption across the entire platform to protect the transmission of your personal and financial data. However, no digital platform can guarantee absolute security, and you are encouraged to take reasonable precautions with your own device and network security as well.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on 88fd are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion charges applied by 88fd to deposits or withdrawals. The following payment methods are currently accepted:

• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• JazzCash mobile wallet
• NayaPay digital account
• SadaPay digital account
• Bank IBFT (Interbank Fund Transfer) via any Pakistani bank
• Visa and Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks

The minimum deposit at 88fd is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Deposits are typically credited instantly upon successful transaction completion. In rare cases involving bank transfers, processing may take up to one business day.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit (or as directed by the 88fd payments team where this is not technically possible). The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Verified accounts in good standing typically receive withdrawal funds within minutes for mobile wallet methods. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.

88fd does not charge withdrawal processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 88fd's control and for which 88fd bears no responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

88fd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing registered players. All current promotions are listed on the Promotions page. Each individual promotion has its own specific terms that supplement the general bonus policy set out in this section.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who meet the specified qualifying criteria for each offer, including minimum deposit requirements and opt-in steps where applicable.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses have a validity period from the date of activation. Any unwagered bonus funds that remain at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. Activating a new bonus while one is already in progress may result in the previous bonus being voided.
• 88fd reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already activated and in active wagering progress will generally not be cancelled retroactively, except in cases of suspected fraud or terms violation.

The maximum bet permitted while a casino bonus is active is typically Rs 500 per spin or round, unless the individual bonus terms state otherwise. Placing bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus period may result in the bonus being voided and any associated winnings being forfeited.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets at 88fd operate according to specific rules detailed within each game's individual help section or betting market description. These game-specific rules supplement the general gameplay provisions in this section.

• Once a bet is confirmed and the relevant game round or event has commenced, bets are final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed except in the specific circumstances outlined below.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a live game round, 88fd will investigate using server-side game logs and apply the outcome recorded at the point of failure. If a round cannot be determined from logs, it will be voided and stakes returned.
• For sports betting: 88fd reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where odds were published due to a manifest error (pricing error clearly inconsistent with fair market odds at the time of placement).
• The minimum and maximum stake limits for each game and market are displayed at the point of bet placement. These limits may vary by account tier and may change without prior notice.
• 88fd uses certified RNG (Random Number Generator) software for all casino games. All RNG systems are independently tested to ensure compliance with published RTP (Return to Player) rates.

For live sports betting markets, 88fd may suspend markets at any time during a live event at its discretion, including for updating odds, handling technical issues, or following unusual betting patterns. Bets placed before a market suspension are honoured once the market resumes, unless the event itself is voided.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at 88fd. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account at 88fd in any name or under any email address or phone number.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your 88fd account.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software, exploit, bot, script, or any other automated or non-standard means.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other player-versus-player game format.
• Using the platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting manifest pricing errors, technical glitches, or software vulnerabilities to generate undeserved financial gains.
• Providing false identity information, age misrepresentation, or submitting falsified verification documents.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 88fd staff, other players, or live dealer personnel in any communication channel.
• Accessing 88fd from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by local law, using VPNs or proxy servers to circumvent geographic restrictions.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

88fd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Circumstances under which this may occur include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe specified following a request from 88fd.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Discovery of duplicate accounts associated with the same player.
• At the request of the player (voluntary account closure).
• Pursuant to a self-exclusion request by the player under the responsible gaming programme.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any bonus funds in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real money balance remaining after any legitimate investigation may be returned to the original deposit payment method, subject to any legal obligations that require 88fd to withhold funds.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting 88fd support. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks are completed.

9. Responsible Gaming

12. Limitation of Liability

• Step 2: 88fd support will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and investigate. You will receive an initial response with findings or a progress update within 5 business days.
• Step 3: If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of the internal complaint process, you may escalate through the formal dispute resolution procedure detailed in your account documentation.

These Terms are intended to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and the specific terms applicable to any active Promotions or VIP Club programme you are participating in. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms will take precedence for matters directly related to that promotion only.
